Bridge Resource Management (BRM) 
 This USCG approved 3 day (24hours) course focuses on introducing the candidate to the proper Bridge Resource and Teamwork Management functions and on taking action to avoid close quarters situations in accordance with the COLREGS.
 
A mariner who successfully completes the course will satisfy the Bridge Resource Management Requirements in 46 CFR 11.309(a)(4)(vii); 11.319(a)(4)(vii); and 11.321(a)(3)(iv) and and provide training on relevant competencies and KUPs for BRM in STCW Code Table A-II/1.
